Last night’s episode Dangerous Curves had 8.16 million viewers — over a third less less than last week’s Treehouse Of Horror figures. The figures place Dangerous Curves at the bottom of Season 20 as far as viewer counts go, but it is still early days in terms of the whole season and still two million more than the show’s lowest numbers.

A new episode airs tonight on FOX. The Simpson family visits a cabin in the woods where a series of flashbacks depict Homer and Marge during their early married years while Bart and Lisa also remember times from their early childhood. One flashback takes place when a pre-married Marge and Homer first meet Ned and Maude Flanders.

A new promo has been released for the November 16 episode. Lisa discovers her amazing talent for doing crossword puzzles and becomes an expert cruciverbalist, and she soon enters a citywide crossword puzzle tournament. Homer goes to cheer Lisa on at her tournament and discovers an underground crossword puzzle betting ring.

Ratings: Treehouse Of Horror XIX
The ratings are in! An impressive total of 12.48 million viewers tuned in last night to watch the nineteenth Simpsons Halloween Special. Treehouse Of Horror XIX is the third highest rating THOH episode we have on record and the most watched THOH in 5 years. It it the most watched episode since January 07 and the third highest rating of any episode in four years.

Ratings: Double, Double, Boy In Trouble
The ratings from last night are in. Double, Double, Boy In Trouble scored a total 8.09 million viewers, making an improvement on Lost Verizon’s ratings two weeks ago. A new Family Guy at 9 had 9.07 million viewers, winning the cartoon battle and gaining a huge 34% of viewers on its lead in King Of The Hill (7.35 million).

New Episode: Double, Double, Boy In Trouble
Airs Tonight! When Lenny wins the lottery and invites the Simpson family to a celebratory party at a posh hotel, Bart meets his doppelganger, Simon Woosterfield, who happens to be a member of the richest family in Springfield. Simon and Bart decide to switch places, and Bart arrives at the lavish Woosterfield mansion only to find football great Joe Montana hanging around the estate.

Ratings: Lost Verizon
A total of 7.43 million viewers tuned in to watch the second episode of Season 20, Lost Verizon last night. It’s a small dropoff from last week which was to be expected. Family Guy at 9pm managed 8.42 million viewers, which means it won the cartoon battle for the night.

Ratings: Sex, Pies & Idiot Scrapes
Last night’s Season 20 premiere ‘Sex, Pies and Idiot Scrapes’ rated 9.30 million viewers. The Simpsons was the most watched cartoon on Fox last night, with Family Guy scoring 9.2 million viewers and American Dad/King Of The Hill much less. Last year’s season premiere had 9.43 million viewers.
